Reservation Manager
Your responsibilities will include:

• Staff supervision and management.
• Monitoring the daily performance of the team in accordance to targets and deadlines.
• Managing the workflow volume in accordance with organisational expectations.
• Ongoing training and development of staff.

• Liaising with relevant internal departments/agents .

Essential Requirements:
The candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 7-8 years experience in the travel industry to include a minimum of 3 years supervisor / management experience.
- Keen interest in the industry and the will to learn.
- Excellent people management skills
- Strong sales skills.
- Good commercial skills.
- Excellent administrative skills to include proven experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service focused with business awareness
- The ability to lead a team and drive high performance
- Knowledge of Worldspan ,Galileo would be an advantage

At a Minimum you will need to have:
Worldspan or Galiloe
At least one years experience in selling Tailor-made Longhaul Holidays.
Have personal independent travel experience
